The refreshed strategy doubled Instagram growth in one quarter and delivered 23.9M views and 889K engagements in week one of a major cricket tournament. Publishing, live moments, and performance optimisation all ran through a tight, insight-led content system designed for real sport audiences.

GOPRO

GoProANZ’s social presence shifted to a high-tempo, creator-driven model built around real moments and reactive storytelling. This approach delivered 58M impressions, 6M views, and 33K new followers in six months, driven by athlete content, community creators and a sharper editorial structure. The work strengthened reach, retention and relevance across fast-moving formats.

GUINNESS

Guinness evolved into a community-first ecosystem that centred fan energy, match day behaviour and real cultural touch points. Engagement rose across key sports moments and hero campaigns through clearer platform strategy, structured reporting cycles, and audience-led content roadmaps. The channel direction focused on long-term consistency without losing the delicacy required for a heritage brand.

LOVEHONEY GROUP

Lovehoney Global’s TikTok launched with a social-native POV built around education, humour and strict category compliance, scaling from 0 to 50K in three months. Multi-region channels across Lovehoney, Womanizer, and We-Vibe were guided by a tighter reporting rhythm and behaviour-led content planning, including the reinstatement of a suspended Instagram account and stronger community-led growth across markets.
